Chain link fencing is a woven mesh fencing made by chain links of steel wire or other metallic material. It is usually found around playground, parks, gardens and residential properties, highway, railway, used to provide security and safety, as well as a separation between different areas. Chain link fence is more flexible in terms of flexibility, height and size than steel tubular fencing. Chain Link Fencing is an inexpensively durable solution for perimeter fencing and industrial fencing.
Major material: High quality zinc-plated low carbon steel wire, aluminum coated steel wire, stainless steel wire
Chain link fencing is often made from galvanized steel, treated with a zinc coating to protect it from corrosion. It can also be made from other metals such as aluminum or vinyl coated steel, or stainless steel.
Common Elements for Chain Link Mesh Fencing System:
Chain Link Mesh Fabrics: GALVANIZED + Green PVC, Black Vinyl Coated, HDG, Aluminized steel, or Stainelss Steel
Fence Post: Galvanized or pvc coated options according to the finishes of the fence fabrics. Y type, studded type and T type. Steel pipes, fence post cap, anchor bars. Usually Heavy galvanized with galvanized thickness of 300gr/m2 .
Beam Post, with pipes and rail ends. Galvanized or PVC coated or aluminized depending on the surface treatment of the chain link fence fabric. Heavy galvanized with galvanized thickness of 300gr/m2
Chain Link Gates: Same infill mesh with fence panels: Walk Gate, Single Gate, Double Swing Gate, Sliding Gate, Foldable Gate and Roll Gate.
It can be made according to the customers' exact specifications either walk gates, single gate swinging, sliding or folding.
Other parts used in chain link fencing include tension bars, tie wire, post anchors, screws, and clamps.
Top Selvages: Chain link fabrics are made with two kinds of selvages: knuckle top or twisted wire pointed. Knuckle top chain link fence is the traditional style while the twisted selvage wire fence offers higher security.

5. Privacy Chain Link Fence: Designed to provide privacy to residential and commercial properties by incorporating a slat system.
6. Swimming Pool Fence: Black Vinyl Chain Link Fence is designed with a decorative effect, more aesthetically pleasing than traditional galvanized chain link fences, often used as swimming pool safety fence with black coated chain link gates.
7. Tennis Court Chain Link Fence: Designed to enclose a tennis court and other sports field / playground.
8. Parking Lot Chain Link Fence: Used to secure parking lots and commonly includes poles, corner posts, and tension wires.
Specification
Chain link fencing is typically made of galvanized or vinyl-coated steel wire. The most common gauge of wire used is 11-gauge, but the size of the wire can vary depending on the application. Common size for chain link mesh is 1/4 inch to 2 inches, and it usually comes in rolls that are 4 feet tall.
Chain link fencing is typically available in black, green, and brown colors, other colors may be available. The standard length of chain link fence fabric is 50 feet, available in lengths up to 150 feet.

Installation
Principle: The installation of chain link fence system should be carried out in accordance with the rules of the safety, security and environment friendly. Chain link fence shall be installed strictly comply with the latest Safety Regulations and Health, Safety & Environmental Management Guidelines for the target countries.
Generally, chain link fencing can be installed utilizing a variety of methods, including posts, wall mounts, or concrete anchors. Chain link fencing is usually installed by using the posts in the ground. The height of the fence can vary from 3 feet to 10 feet and typically depends on the application. The spacing of the posts can range from 6 inches to 10 feet and this is usually determined by the size of the areas being fenced in.
Steel pipe post fixing:
Typical middle post every 24, typical corner post
For line post installation, posts are commonly placed every 10-15 feet for a 6 ft tall fence.
Delivery Forms: Mesh Rolls or Panels
Chain link fence is supplied in rolls or panels. Rolls offer the most flexibility as they can be easily customized to meet any size requirement. They are the most economical choice for larger projects. Panels are more limited in size, but provide an easy and quick installation. Chain link fence rolls are typically more economical than panels, as they come in lengths of up to 50 feet and can be cut to the desired size. Panels, on the other hand, come in pre-set widths and heights and do not require any cutting or extra trimming. In terms of packaging, chain link fence rolls are rolled up into coils, while panels are typically bundled together into bundles for shipping and storage.
Surface treatments
There are many different types of surface treatments for chain link fence, including galvanization, vinyl coating, plastic coating, aluminum powder coating, painted finish.
Compare different materials of chain link fence
Aluminized steel chain link fence has the features of resistance to moisture, corrosion resistance, excellent resistance to sudden temperature changes and high durability. Aluminum coating provides corrosion protection and helps to control rusting, making it an excellent choice for outdoor applications. Aluminized chain link fence is typically made up of 1-5/8, 2-3/8, or 3-1/2 mesh in size.
The hot dipped aluminum coating on the wire surface provides many years of service life. This is the most popular and low cost treatment for the chain link fence system.
Stainless steel chain link fence is made of stainless steel and provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The mesh sizes are slightly larger than aluminized chain link fence, ranging from 1-3/4 to 3-3/8. Installation of this type of fence requires special tools and more labor, which can increase the cost of installation.
Galvanized Steel chain link fence is a standard type of universal fence that is most commonly used for residential and commercial applications. It is made from a steel core wire with a galvanized zinc coating. This type of fence offers good corrosion resistance, but it is not as strong or durable as other types such as aluminized and stainless steel. Its mesh size ranges from 1-3/8 to 2-3/8 and it is typically easier to install than the other two types of fencing.
In terms of cost, galvanized steel chain link fence is usually the least expensive option, followed by aluminized and then stainless steel respectively.
