Concertina Wire is a type of razor barbed wire fixed in sprial or "concertina" shape ideal for High Security Fencing Tops.

Concertina Wire Features
1, Concertina wire is extremely durable with hot dipped zinc coating meeting international standard for corrosion protection;
2, Concertina wire provides high security as the wire is fabricated from high tensile wire which cannot be cut with standard cutting tools such as utility knife or saw blades while the high tensile steel wire offers high strength and flexibility for easy installation;
3, Concertina wire is fabricated in coils that can extended at least 50 feet (15.2 m) without permanent distortion, can be mobile fencing barriers and used repeatedly;
4, Concertina Wire is supplied in rolls and formed of a multitude of razor-sharp barbs at close interval, forming a high security anti climbing tops for a variety of steel fencing panels.

a. Barbed tape concertina complies with ASTM F1910 or equivalent.
Technical specification:
1. The Concertina wire supplied is fabricated from barbered tape made of Stainless-steel AISI 430 series complaint with ASTM A240/A240M or equivalent.
2. The core wire made of Galvanized steel per ASTM A764, finish 2, class II, type B, minimum tensile strength 222,000 psi (1,517 Mpa).
3. Barbed tape thickness: 0.60 mm +/- 0.05 mm
4. Core wire: 2.5 mm +/- 0.1 mm
5. Barb length: 65 mm +/- 2 mm (tip to tip)
6. Barb width: 21mm +/-2mm)
7. Blade Spacing: Clusters of 4 needle sharp barbs needs to be (100 mm+/- 2mm) on center along the spiral turns.
